TELEPHONE INTERVIEWS

We offer several forms of telephone interviews. The type of interview most appropriate depends on the complexity of the questionnaire and the overall survey design. Costs vary according to type of interview.

CATI - Interviews

Appropriate above all for surveys with complex, predominantly quantitative-oriented questionnaires or extremely large surveys.

Paper and pencil interviews (traditional questionnaire)

Suitable for surveys which have a more "qualitative" character; a larger number of open questions; or simply for smaller surveys which may enjoy lower costs in comparison to a CATI survey.

Homework-Interviews

These are the least expensive form of telephone interview.

Interviews are carried out from home; both CATI (Internet basis) as well as paper and pencil variations are possible.
