All across Austria we are always seeking qualified staff to carry out personal interviews, telephone interviews and mystery shopping on a fee basis.
Telephone interviews:
Telephone interviews are carried out both centrally in Vienna as well as in the provinces.
Personal interviews:
In addition to face-to-face interviews in private residences and at companies, mall interviews and street interviews are also part of the job.
Mystery shopping:
The task is to visit a shop, bank or filling station as if you were a customer and to buy something, allow yourself to be helped by shop personnel or simply observe the environment. On the basis of a questionnaire provided by Hoffmann & Forcher you will describe all the impressions and experiences you had during your test visit.
The potential tasks are diverse and range from buying a washing machine to receiving a financing consultation in the course of purchasing a family home.
Payment is made according to the length of the interviews/mystery shopping visits and the outlays associated with them.
